Terms of service

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. A binding contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is mispriced or out of stock), in which case any payment taken is refunded in full.

All prices are in GBP and include VAT at the applicable rate. Payment is taken at checkout via our secure payment processor. We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate; in the rare event of an obvious error, we will contact you before proceeding.

Estimated build and delivery times are shown on each product page and are indicative. Risk passes to you on delivery. If no one is available to receive a system, the courier will leave a card with redelivery instructions.

Quoted performance figures (e.g. frame rates) are indicative and depend on software, drivers, settings, and your environment. Component specifications are provided by manufacturers and may be subject to revision.

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for data loss — please maintain regular backups.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force at the time of your order applies. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
